Fit-out of New European Headquarters - £161m
CPC was appointed as Project Manager for this fast track, phased 450,000 sqft fit-out to provide a world class European head quarters. The building has workspace capacity for 2,400 people, including 1,240 trading positions. Included within our project brief was the refurbishment of the Grade II listed Daily Express building, a 250 seat auditorium, wellness centre, BUPA centre, food court, bridges to the adjacent building and a major data centre.
CPC led a multidisciplinary consultant team to deliver this diverse and impressive interior workspace, winning the FT award for the best office space in London. |

Integrated Management Services
Following nine successful years delivering programme and project management services to ABN Amro in the UK, Aura was appointed to provide integration management services following the RBS / Fortis / Santander consortium's acquisition of ABN Amro worldwide.
Aura's role was to provide a range of services to assist in the overall division of businesses between the consortium partners and to manage the resulting projects, including the rebranding rollout across the UK of ABN Amro portfolio into the RBS brand. |

Work Place Strategy
Aura was appointed in 2010 to provide a team of consultants to deliver a complete workplace strategy review of the Bank's 400,000 sqft headquarters in London. The review looked at ways of improving the working environment in a number of areas and to accommodate the projected expansion of 150 staff in two years.
Our team comprised a facilities professional, workplace strategist and cost consultant to deliver a comprehensive report detailing costed options, together with the detailed layouts and cost plans to assist in the client's strategic decision making. |
